Returns

We want you to love your Virtue piece as much as we loved designing it. If you’re not entirely thrilled, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

• To start a return, please email us at leahfaye@virtuelisbon.com with your order number and reason for return.
