Manufacturing Defects

The sale of our products is governed by legal guarantees as outlined in applicable laws, in addition to any other contractual warranties that may be provided to the consumer.

It is the consumer's responsibility to ensure that the items ordered match the order placed and do not have manufacturing defects or obvious non-conformities.

In the case of a manufacturing defect or product non-conformity, the customer has the right to request a repair or replacement of the product, free of charge, unless restoring conformity is either impossible or excessively costly compared to other possible solutions.

Customers must notify Virtue of any defects or non-conformities within two months from the date they discover the issue.

Please note, any damage caused by improper use or failure to follow the product’s care instructions will not be considered a manufacturing defect or non-conformity.
